ModaCove Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders shipped from ModaCove. As a solo-operated business, I, Jacob Lee, am committed to providing safe, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order.
1. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is chosen based on the best combination of delivery speed, service reliability, and cost to your destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
For any pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly noted on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and remote locations.
4. Shipping Fees
Continental U.S.: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Continental U.S. (Orders under $50): A flat rate of $5.95 applies.
Alaska & Hawaii: A flat rate of $10.95 applies.
International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order contents.
5. International Orders (Important)
As the customer, you are responsible for:
Any and all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country.
Ensuring the items you order comply with your country’s import regulations (e.g., restrictions on batteries, liquids).
Providing a valid phone number and email for customs clearance procedures.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
My Mistake: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, I will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns or exchanges not due to an error on my part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout will require a new shipping payment to be resent.
7. Risk of Loss & Liability
Ownership and risk of loss for the items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. I am not liable for:
Transit delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or customs processing.
Packages lost or stolen after the carrier’s tracking shows “Delivered.”
Packages seized, held, or rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.
8. Order Tracking & Support
All orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon shipment.
Please contact me directly if:
Your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package.
Your package arrives visibly damaged.
You have any other questions about your order’s shipment.

9. Policy Updates
I reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The policy active on the date of your order will apply to that purchase.
