ModaCove Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is my priority. This policy details the terms for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or software.
Items that are personalized, made-to-order, or marked as final sale.
Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
2. The Refund Process
Once I receive your return, I will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products that are not in their original, resalable condition.
Final sale or clearance items (these are clearly marked on the product page).
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact me first. Please email me at support@modacove.buzz and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and the authorized return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of my mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
